We want you to be confident when you sign up to SkipRoute. If you're not happy for any reason in your first 30 days, contact us and we'll refund your first payment in full.

1. What we offer

If you are not satisfied with SkipRoute for any reason within your first 30 days as a paying subscriber, we will refund your first payment in full. No lengthy process, no awkward questions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment date.
  • The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only — it does not apply to subsequent renewals.
  • Your account must have been created in good faith and used genuinely.
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

3. One refund per business

This guarantee applies once per business entity. Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses to obtain multiple refunds constitutes abuse of this policy and will result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@paperroute.co.uk with the subject line "30-Day Refund Request" within the 30-day guarantee period. Please include your business name and the email address used to register. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Annual subscriptions

If you subscribed on an annual billing plan, the 30-day guarantee covers your initial payment. A refund request made within 30 days of your first payment date will result in a full refund of that payment. Requests made after 30 days are not covered by this guarantee, regardless of billing cycle.

6. After a refund

Following a successful refund, your SkipRoute account and all associated data will be deactivated. You are welcome to subscribe again in the future, though the money-back guarantee will not apply to any subsequent subscription.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this guarantee limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law. This guarantee is offered in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.
