Week 6 Fit Check

We want the commitment to be clear on both sides. You start with a 24-month agreement and first payment, then we support setup, training, and four weeks of live use before the week 6 fit check and payment two.

1. What we offer

If you have used SkipRoute properly during the live-use period and it is still not right for your operation at the week 6 fit check, we can end the agreement and refund your first payment.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the fit check:

  • You must have attended the agreed onboarding and training calls, or given reasonable notice to rearrange them.
  • You must have supplied the business data, decision makers, and team availability needed to complete setup.
  • You must have used SkipRoute genuinely for live jobs during weeks 3-6.
  • The fit check applies to your first payment only and does not apply to later monthly payments.
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

3. One refund per business

This fit check applies once per business entity. Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses to obtain multiple refunds constitutes abuse of this policy and will result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated.

4. How the fit check works

We will book the fit check around week 6, before payment two. If you believe SkipRoute is not right for your operation, email us at hello@paperroute.co.uk with the subject line "Week 6 Fit Check". Please include your business name and the email address used to register. If a refund is agreed, we will process it within 5-7 business days.

5. Payment timing

Your first payment is due at signup. Payment two is due six weeks after signup, then payments continue monthly thereafter. The fit check is designed to happen before payment two.

6. After a refund

Following a successful refund, your SkipRoute account and all associated data will be deactivated. You are welcome to subscribe again in the future, though the week 6 fit check will not apply to any subsequent subscription.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this fit check limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law. This fit check is offered in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.
