If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Account registration

To use the Service you must:

  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is received.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first Subscription payment as described on the guarantee page.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable UK or international law or regulation.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely as required to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You must not upload personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Saunders Simmons Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service during your Subscription period for your internal business purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly following unplanned outages.

Support is provided by email at hello@paperroute.co.uk. Response times are on a reasonable-endeavours basis and are not guaranteed unless stated in a separate service level agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the total Subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms in a material way.
  • Fail to pay any amount due after a reasonable notice period.
  • Use the Service in a way that we reasonably believe puts us or other users at risk.

On termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for a period of 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@paperroute.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
